Job summary

The Guinness Partnership invites applications for a Litigation Lawyer to join our in-house Legal Services team at our London Euston office on a permanent, full-time basis. A hybrid working model is offered, blending office and home working.

The role focuses on processing, monitoring and managing litigation cases, including court representation for housing disrepair and Environmental Protection Act claims, aimed at delivering fair outcomes for residents and the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing litigation, including Disrepair and Environmental Protection Act claims.
• Advocacy experience in courts and tribunals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor and manage litigation cases, including providing representation at court.
• Focus on housing condition and disrepair, and EPA-related claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes for residents and the organisation.
