Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in London is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage a caseload of standard litigation matters and support to Litigation Lawyers on more complex cases. The role focuses on housing disrepair claims and Environmental Protection Act matters.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, working 35 hours per week and based at our London office. We operate a hybrid working model offering a balance of office and home-based working.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting or handling litigation matters.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates Guinness Behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of standard litigation matters under supervision.
• Provide support to Litigation Lawyers on more complex cases.
• Assist with housing disrepair claims and Environmental Protection Act matters.
• Maintain and organise case files, documentation, and deadlines.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders and teams.
