Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Paralegal to join its Employment Law team in London. You will support tribunal litigation, manage a caseload of unfair dismissal and wage claims, and provide essential legal support within a leading workplace and facilities management group.

You'll draft responses and bundles, coordinate with external counsel, and maintain robust case management and risk reports while working closely with HR and line managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Paralegal, Legal Assistant or legal administrator, preferably in employment law.
• Strong drafting, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support employment tribunal claims from instruction to conclusion.
• Draft tribunal responses, hearing bundles and statements; liaise with external counsel.
• Maintain case files, trackers and risk reports with accurate administration.
• Build relationships with HR and managers; provide timely legal support.
• Conduct legal research and support continuous improvement within the team.
