AdviserPlus, part of the Empowering People Group, is seeking a proactive Paralegal for its Litigation Team to support employment tribunal claims from start to finish. This hands-on role involves case drafting, evidence review and shaping defence strategies for clients.

You will manage documents, ET3 responses, witness statements and bundles, coordinate deadlines, and provide clear client updates on trends and legislation.

Formación

• Completed LLB, GDL, LPC or other qualifying law qualification with at least a 2:1 award or equivalent.
• Elective in employment law or relevant employment law or litigation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Employment tribunal case support– assisting our lawyers with end-to-end management of employment tribunal claims, including case summaries and pleadings.
• Review employer records and draft litigation documents such as ET3 responses and witness statements.
• Bundle preparation and case management– coordinating hearing bundles and deadlines, ensuring timely filing.
• Provide clients with clear updates on tribunal trends and legislation.
