Job summary

Sacco Mann is supporting a pioneering renewable energy group in its UK legal recruitment. You will report to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, advising on development, construction, operation, management and disposal of solar, wind and storage projects.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the County Durham office and two days working from home, offering a high-calibre, commercially focused legal practice in a fast‑growing sector.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE as a solicitor.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Background in commercial, contracts or construction law.
• Interest in sustainability and renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Manage legal risk and support strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate successful delivery of renewable energy projects across lifecycle.
• Support development, construction, operation, acquisition and disposal matters.
