Your new role
Join a small commercial team working closely with senior management. Responsibilities include managing the contract system, liaising with external lawyers, advising on contract management improvements, handling renewals and terminations, drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting legal projects and advice.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong understanding of contract law from paralegal/legal assistant experience or legal studies. Excellent academic and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Suitable for future trainee solicitors, SQE students, or recent qualifiers seeking to develop in-house commercial law and contracts experience.
