Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a small team providing one-to-one care in New Romney, Kent. You will promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life while delivering person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs.

The role involves assisting with personal care, community access, and managing complex care requirements, with shifts including 8- or 12-hour options and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, rehabilitation, or brain injury support.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a mobility vehicle.
• Commitment to a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week.
• Full right to work within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex clinical care and daily living support.
• Support community access and social activities.
• Encourage independence and engagement in hobbies and interests.
• Plan and facilitate meaningful activities and outings.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the client.
