Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will support two siblings with a life-limiting condition in their own home, delivering nutrition, medication management and essential tracheostomy care.

Experience in complex care is essential, including PEG feeding, ventilator management and suctioning. You will work alongside another carer to provide reliable, compassionate care in a family setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care is essential.
• Experience with PEG feeding, ventilator management, and suctioning is required.
• Ability to work in a home care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for two siblings in their own home.
• Nutrition and medication management for clients.
• Tracheostomy care including ventilation and suctioning; PEG feeding experience is essential.
