Guild Care in Worthing is seeking a Community Care Assistant to provide personal care and support in clients' homes, helping individuals maintain independence and dignity. You’ll assist with daily living activities, meals, and light domestic tasks while reporting changes to the care team.

Role involves traveling between clients, promoting wellbeing, and keeping accurate records. DBS check and driving licence required; progression toward NVQ Level 2 and the Care Certificate is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work, particularly personal care.
• Pride in maintaining client dignity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2/Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, light domestic tasks, and medication administration as needed.
• Promote wellbeing and social activity for clients.
• Keep accurate care records and report changes to the care team.
• Travel between client homes to deliver consistent care.
