• Comfortable using online systems, emails and digital records.
• PVG Scheme membership / Disclosure check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility, nutrition and companionship.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with colleagues.
• Provide respectful, person-centred care to help customers stay independent at home.
