Job summary

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable carers to support our complex care clients in their own homes in Chippenham. This is a fixed-base role at a single client residence with 12-hour shifts (days and nights) and enhanced PAYE benefits.

Applicants should have at least six months of care experience and be prepared for ongoing, person-centred support. The position offers full-time and part-time options, with weekend and bank holiday enhancements and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Has at least 6 months’ experience in care work.
• Comfortable supporting complex care clients in their own homes.
• Based at one client’s residence; not a home-to-home role.

Responsibilities

• Support complex care clients in their own homes.
• Work 12-hour shifts, days and nights.
• Provide attentive, pro-active care and report any changes to the care plan.
