Cera Care in Slough is seeking caring individuals to join as Carer/Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. We offer part-time and full-time roles, and no prior experience is required.

You will help with personal care, meals, and domestic tasks, while providing companionship and reassurance. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role. Shifts include early and late blocks with alternate weekends; comprehensive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and people skills.
• Ability to work with clients in their homes.
• No prior care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Support with continence care, medications, and meals.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients.
