Job summary

Cera Care is hiring Care Assistants to support clients at home in East Grinstead and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and domestic tasks, with a focus on companionship and wellbeing.

Shifts include mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance. Training is provided and a driving licence with own vehicle is preferred due to travel requirements.

• Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
• Managing medications
• Cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to clients
