Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated carer to support clients in Crewe and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and accompany clients on visits in their own homes, with travel between visits a regular part of the role.

The position offers flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, and requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle. Training is provided to excel as a professional carer.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work in community home care.
• Willing to undertake training and qualifications provided by the company.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care, meals, and daily tasks.
• Travel between client visits across Crewe and surrounding areas.
• Assist with medication administration as required and follow care plans.
