Darwin Court Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse to act as person in charge and deputise for the Manager when needed. You will manage medications, catheters, tube feeding, and chronic conditions, while guiding care staff and communicating with families and GPs.

Applicants must hold current NMC registration and have at least two years in care settings, with DBS clearance a requirement. This role emphasizes high standards of care and thorough care planning.

Competenze

• First Level qualification required.
• Relevant post-basic studies or qualification desirable.
• Current NMC registration is required.

Mansioni

• Act as person in charge when required, deputising for the Manager.
• Undertake nursing tasks including medication, dressings, catheterisation and tube feeding.
• Advise families and GPs of changes in residents' condition.
