Job summary

Tesco Insurance and Money Services invites you to join a 2-year scheme where you’ll work with Technology and the wider business to deliver change from idea through to implementation. You’ll help ensure projects meet goals, manage plans and risks, and learn agile ways of working with hands-on training from expert colleagues.

You’ll spend time supporting customers in our Customer Service team, enjoy a pension, a virtual GP, a performance bonus, and a generous holiday allowance.

About The Role

Through a 2-year scheme, you’ll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business. You’ll support the delivery of change from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress - all while getting support and training from expert colleagues.

Through a 2-year scheme, you’ll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business. You’ll support the delivery of change from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress - all while getting support and training from expert colleagues.

You’ll develop an understanding of a range of project delivery methods, alongside gaining hands‑on experience of Agile ways of working. This includes learning how teams plan, prioritise, and deliver value iteratively in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll also gain experience working across our wider technology teams, giving you a clear understanding of how everything fits together.

To help you get off to the best start, you’ll spend time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team.

Salary: £34,000

Programme start date: 6 September 2027

Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our office, 2 days per week for this position.
