Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Management Systems and Audit Manager to join our Quality & Mission Assurance team. You will lead governance, compliance and the assurance framework underpinning our operations, shaping the Integrated Management System and supporting certification ambitions.

You will drive a risk-based audit programme, oversee external ISO certifications, mentor the Management Systems and Audit team, and report metrics to senior stakeholders as we deliver critical capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and improving integrated management systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of management system standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience creating and delivering risk-based audit programmes.
• Lead Auditor qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence across levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the Integrated Management System.
• Manage external ISO certification portfolio and pursue new certifications.
• Develop a three-year risk-based audit programme across processes and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement with process owners and functions.
• Lead and develop the Management Systems and Audit team.
• Provide reporting on performance, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
