Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Management Systems and Audit Manager to lead the governance, compliance and assurance framework across the business. You will develop and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) and drive external ISO certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001.

You will manage a risk-based audit programme, deliver assurance activities, coach the Management Systems and Audit team and report to senior stakeholders while supporting strategic growth in

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading integrated management systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/27001/14001 and related standards.
• Experience delivering risk-based audit programmes and external certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Manage external ISO certification portfolio and support new certifications.
• Develop a three-year risk-based audit programme covering internal processes, suppliers and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement with process owners and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Management Systems and Audit team.
