Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Improver to join our growing team across Surrey and London. You will assist with installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems while gaining hands-on experience under experienced engineers.

Essential: Full UK driving licence and CSCS card; willingness to learn, reliability and teamwork. Desirable: basic AC knowledge, F‑Gas qualification underway. We offer progression to Air Conditioning Engineer with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CSCS card is required or expected.
• Desirable: basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with installation of air conditioning systems.
• Support servicing, maintenance and repair works.
• Carry and prepare tools, materials and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures on site.
• Deliver a professional and courteous service to customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Air Conditioning Improver to join our growing team, working across Surrey and London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in the air conditioning industry who is looking to develop their skills alongside experienced engineers. You will assist with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a variety of air conditioning systems while gaining valuable hands‑on experience.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Previous experience within the HVAC or construction industry is desirable.
