Job summary

DRAMS Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Scotland-based, remote-first team. You will deliver complex software implementations, run workshops, analyse processes and data, design practical solutions and train client staff across multiple projects.

The role requires up to 50% travel (Scotland, Ireland and international as needed) and offers £40,000–£45,000 DOE, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, life assurance and a discretionary bonus.

This is a varied customer-facing consulting role where no two projects are the same. You will work with some of the world's leading spirits producers, delivering complex software implementations, facilitating business workshops, analysing customer processes and data, designing solutions, supporting data migration, delivering training and providing trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle. You will typically manage multiple customers, projects and workstreams simultaneously while working closely with internal development, product and project management teams.In a bit more detail you will:* Deliver software implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration and training.* Manage multiple implementation projects and customer workstreams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines.* Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements.* Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications and implementation documentation.* Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution.* Analyse, validate and cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation.* Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration.* Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects.* Deliver DRAMS product training to our clients.* Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations.* Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in relation to our products and services.* Work in partnership with clients; build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes where appropriate and providing expert advice on solution design and best practice.* Be proactive in communication with clients, arranging regular calls / site visits to build strong relationships.* Identify and address gaps in product functionality, liaising with the product development team to ensure our clients’ needs are met at every stage.* Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation.* Provide feedback from customers to other teams to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation across the business.* Engage with the Sales & Marketing team to help promote the DRAMS product and service offering to prospective clients.* Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality.* Travel as required (50%) to our customer sites throughout Scotland, Ireland and internationally as required to fully meet the requirements of the role.* Training and onboarding new team members as required.* Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.* Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management.**What do I need to be eligible to apply?**You need:* Significant experience delivering complex enterprise software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.* A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in an IT or IT related discipline e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or Business and IT, with strong academic results* Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and staff* Resourceful personality, confident manner and a willingness and ability to learn new skills.* Technically able with a keen business and commercial awareness* Customer centric, capable of building strong client relationships.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing complex business processes and large datasets to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple customer projects, competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.* A current valid driving licence* A willingness and ability to travel nationally / internationally (50%)* Currently holds independent right to work in the UK.It’s not a deal breaker but we would really like it if you also had:* Experience working with large datasets, including data analysis, validation, cleansing and migration activities.* Knowledge of the distilled spirits industry would be a distinct advantage.* Knowledge or experience of Warehousing & Logistics* A recognised project management qualification* Experience of ERP, inventory management, warehousing or manufacturing software.* Experience working with Excel or other data analysis tools.* Experience integrating enterprise applications.* Experience delivering customer workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders.**DRAMS reserve the right to enhance the criteria as necessary to facilitate the shortlisting process.****How do I apply?**If you think you are the right fit for this role, please click ‘Apply’ and submit your CV via the online application process.
