Job summary

Jameson Legal Tech is seeking an implementation project manager to lead customer-facing projects in the UK and APAC. You will manage resources, schedules and budgets while guiding full project lifecycles and governance.

You will coordinate stakeholders and technical consultants and report on progress to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring law-firm or legal-client experience, strong governance knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to multitask

A successful, growing legal software consultancy in London has an opportunity for an implementation project manager (UK and APAC customers) to join on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to manage implementation projects in a customer-facing environment and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.

• Managing project resources, schedules and budgets.
• Managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance and closure.
• Coordinating stakeholders and technical consultants.
• Identifying risks, escalating early and maintaining customer confidence.
• Challenging unrealistic expectations and overseeing changes.
• Leading project meetings and providing status reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK and APAC customers.
