Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Project Manager who will steer cross-functional delivery squads across legal, operational, data and technology streams. You will manage large-scale, data-driven projects with CRM platforms and complex datasets, ensuring governance, risk control and timely delivery of strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Significant project management experience delivering complex business, technology or transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing large-scale, data-driven projects involving complex databases, CRM platforms or high-volume client information.
  • Experience within legal services, professional services, consulting, financial services, insurance or similarly complex client-facing organisations.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks and programme controls.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining project schedules using Monday.com or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, operations and data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, simplifying issues into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience delivering data migration, data transformation or large-scale client onboarding.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification.
  • Understanding of legal operations, claims management or case management platforms.
