Job summary

HiBob is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager/Project Manager (and/or CSM) to help our clients succeed with the HiBob SaaS platform. You will manage client relationships, coordinate delivery between product specialists and development teams, and influence delivery roadmaps to meet client needs.

We value a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Experience in project management and developing client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
• A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
• Proactive approach and solutions focused mindset
• A passion to learn the Bob product and tech-savviness
• Being a fast learner and having genuine curiosity
