  • Develop and refine product-specific sales plays, value messaging, and proof points tailored to use cases, industries, buyer personas, and regulatory drivers (e.g., CSRD, CS3D, Scope 3 requirements).
  • Equip the field with sales-facing tools (playbooks, battle cards, demo flows) to ensure consistent and scalable positioning in opportunities.
  • Conduct high quality meetings with prospects in your territory via online and in-person meetings
  • Participate in relevant events and speaking opportunities in your territory
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future

Secondary responsibilities include:

  • Gather customer and field feedback to iterate plays, improve win rates, and align with evolving market and regulatory expectations
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure motions are tightly connected to customer needs and EcoVadis’ broader sustainability value proposition
  • Contribute subject-matter expertise (e.g., example demo flows, objection handling scenarios, value storylines) that the other frontline teams can incorporate into structured training programs

Qualifications

We’re looking for a highly expert in Human Rights across several industries and commodities with exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in sales within an international and dynamic environment. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and sales skills, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Company Sustainability department - experience handling Social auditing programs is a must
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful track record in a B2B sales environment or Solution Consulting role
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to translate complex sustainability and risk concepts into compelling business value for prospects and customers
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Knowledge of the target market and corporate business culture
  • Strong knowledge of the sustainability, human rights & ethical procurement space

Good to have:
