Job summary

Metrics Recruitment partners with a leading treasury and risk management SaaS platform, hiring a Treasury Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end delivery for German-speaking enterprise clients. This post-sales role is hands-on, leading discovery, designing the to-be state, and configuring the platform.

You will train users, coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering, and ensure seamless connectivity to banks and ERPs (SWIFT, EBICS, MT/MX, SAP, Oracle).

Qualifications

• 3+ years client-facing implementation in SaaS or ERP (treasury/finance software preferred).
• Hands-on end-to-end configuration experience for implementations.
• Depth in at least one treasury domain and strong data flow knowledge between TMS, banks and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map client workflows and requirements.
• Design and document the to-be state with optimal platform configuration.
• Configure the platform hands-on across cash, payments, FX and risk modules.
• Own bank/ERP connectivity setup: SWIFT, EBICS, MT/MX, SAP and Oracle integration.
• Train users and feed learnings back to product for roadmap influence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to guide the roadmap.

Metrics Recruitment is partnering with a leading enterprise treasury and risk management SaaS platform, recently acquired by a major digital asset infrastructure company. The platform has been running for nearly 40 years and serves 1,000+ enterprise clients. The new ownership is putting native digital asset accounts inside a TMS for the first time, which means a mature product with a genuinely new roadmap.

We are hiring a Treasury Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end delivery for German-speaking enterprise clients. This is post-sales and hands-on. You run discovery, design the to-be treasury state, configure the platform yourself, train the users, and feed what you learn back into product.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map client workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Design and document the to-be state, determining the optimal configuration to meet client goals.
• Configure the platform hands-on across cash and liquidity, payments, FX and risk, netting, or hedge accounting.
• Own bank and ERP connectivity setup: SWIFT, EBICS, host-to-host, MT and MX formats, SAP and Oracle integration.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding treasury teams through best practice and off legacy processes.
• Run training and enablement so clients get full value from the platform.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years client-facing implementation or solution consulting in SaaS or ERP, ideally treasury or finance software.
• Hands-on configuration experience where you have owned an implementation end to end.
• Depth in at least one treasury domain: cash and liquidity management, payments, FX and risk, hedge accounting, or intercompany netting.
• Strong understanding of data flow between TMS, banks, and ERP systems.
• German at C1 or native, plus fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Corporate treasury operator background before moving vendor-side.
• Netting and in-house bank implementation experience.
• Interest in digital assets and stablecoins.
