Job summary

Ripple in London is seeking a German-speaking Professional Services Consultant to bridge our treasury software with client needs. You will lead discovery, design configurations, and guide clients through best practices to modernize treasury operations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering, deliver hands-on configuration, and run impactful trainings to maximise ROI. Fluent English and German are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or software implementations in ERP or SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
• Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
• Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap
