Ripple in London, UK seeks a Professional Services Consultant (German-speaking) to bridge technology and treasury for our clients. You’ll tailor Ripple Treasury solutions, lead discovery sessions and guide implementations from design to deployment.

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure client success, applying your German-English fluency and treasury domain knowledge to modernize processes and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations.
• Consultative approach to improve client outcomes.
• Technical competence across complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and requirements.
• Design and document the To-Be state and optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury suite.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration to align technology with strategy.
• Deliver enablement and training to maximize client ROI.
