Job Description:

In this position, you will work exclusively on implementing and supporting TeamMate solutions, which is part of the ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. You will serve as a Senior Professional Services Consultant for a market leader in audit management systems, used across 120 countries and by 3,000 organizations worldwide.

The role focuses on delivering TeamMate consulting, configuration, and training services primarily for clients in francophone regions, with opportunities to travel across the EMEA region and beyond.

Whether remote or office-based, you will be supported by and work closely with a European team of professional services consultants implementing TeamMate across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand customer requirements.
• Work with the customer’s implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Train end-users on software functionality before go-live.
• Provide ad-hoc customer support.
• Serve as the key interface between development, product management, and customers.
