Skills Overview
Communication
- Comfortable presenting, guiding, instructing, and explaining concepts to diverse audiences, simplifying complexities where necessary.
- Proficient in writing structured, concise documentation (Technical Guides, Training, Requirements) using MS Word.
- Skilled in creating effective presentations with MS PowerPoint for Knowledge Transfer.
- Able to use MS Excel to explain financial models.
- Builds relationships during client engagement to address and manage differing views.
- French-speaking is a bonus (primarily a UK role; support colleagues in France).
Project Delivery
- Involved in at least one project delivered to Go-live, with experience leading parts of the delivery.
- Experience in requirements gathering, development, testing, and support.
- Works constructively within teams, highlighting risks and issues and challenging approaches constructively.
Technical Skills
Preferred:
- Ability to review and optimize Business Rules.
- Experience with EPM Automate and use case articulation.
- Proficiency in VBA, Python, DOS, or scripting languages.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, OCI platforms.
- Use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Additional Requirements

Additional Details
Salary and package are based on experience. The work location is Surrey & Central London, 3-4 days per week.
