Our model is built around delivering exceptional patient care while giving our practices and clinicians the support, expertise and infrastructure they need to succeed.
We are now launching an exciting new implant project across London and beyond.
Our implant proposition is built around making high-quality implant treatment more accessible to patients, with a simple approach to pricing, exceptional clinical care and a seamless patient journey from first enquiry through to aftercare.
This is an opportunity to join the project right at the beginning and play an important role in shaping how it grows.
Are you an experienced Treatment Coordinator with a passion for implant dentistry and helping patients take the next step towards treatment?
We’re looking for a Remote Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our team, supporting patients across our practices and helping turn implant enquiries into consultations and treatment.
This is a highly patient-focused role with a strong commercial element. You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective implant patients, building relationships, understanding what they want to achieve and supporting them through what can often be a significant treatment decision.
From the first enquiry through to booking a consultation and progressing towards treatment, you’ll ensure every patient feels informed, supported and confident about their next step.
You’ll take ownership of implant enquiries across a number of our practices, working closely with our on‑site Treatment Coordinators and implant clinicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for someone who combines excellent patient communication with a strong commercial mindset.
You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator or in a similar patient-facing dental role, with a good understanding of implant dentistry.
You’ll be comfortable discussing single and multiple implants as well as full-arch/full-mouth implant solutions at a non-clinical level, while recognising when questions need to be referred to a clinician.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to patients. You'll know how to build trust, listen to concerns and confidently guide someone towards making a decision without making the experience feel pressured or overly sales-focused.
You’ll be proactive, organised and persistent, comfortable managing a pipeline of patients who may take weeks or months to make their decision.
This is a results-focused role, so you'll take pride in seeing the patients you support progress from an initial enquiry to consultation and ultimately life-changing treatment.
Success will be measured through areas such as patient contact rates, consultations booked, conversion to treatment, treatment value and effective follow-up of your patient pipeline.
Above all, we're looking for someone who can combine implant knowledge, exceptional patient care and strong sales ability to help more patients confidently take the next step in their implant journey.
