Job summary

Nurse Seekers are recruiting an experienced Implant Dental Nurse to join a well-established and friendly dental practice in Borehamwood. This role requires implant training and offers exposure to complex cases within a specialist implant environment.

As an Implant Dental Nurse, you will provide chairside support during implant and surgical procedures, assist with full-arch cases (All-on-4/All-on-X), maintain infection control, and work closely with the dentist and clinical team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dental Nurse with implant experience and GDC registration.
• Experience assisting with implant placement and surgical procedures.
• Strong cross‑infection control and high standards of chairside care.
• Calm, professional and reassuring manner with patients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a specialist dental team.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during implant and surgical procedures.
• Prepare the surgery, instruments and materials for implant treatment.
• Assist with full-arch implant cases (All-on-4 / All-on-X).
• Maintain infection control and clinical standards.
• Support patients before, during and after treatment.
• Maintain implant equipment and instruments and accurate records.
• Work closely with dentist and clinical team.
• Ensure the surgery is prepared for each procedure.

Nurse Seekers are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Implant Dental Nurse to join a well-established and friendly dental practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse with implant training who is looking to work within a specialist implant environment and gain further experience with complex cases.

The practice is particularly interested in candidates with hands‑on experience assisting with full‑arch implant procedures, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Nurse who already has a strong background in implant dentistry.

The Role

As an Implant Dental Nurse, you will provide high‑quality chairside support to the dentist throughout implant and surgical procedures, ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their treatment.

• Providing chairside assistance during implant and surgical procedures
• Preparing the surgery, instruments and materials for implant treatment
• Assisting with full‑arch implant cases, ideally including All‑on‑4 / All‑on‑X
• Maintaining excellent cross‑infection control and clinical standards
• Supporting patients before, during and after treatment
• Preparing and maintaining implant equipment and surgical instruments
• Working closely with the dentist and wider clinical team
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Ensuring the surgery is fully prepared for each procedure

About You

We are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse who has specific implant experience.

Ideally, you will have:

• GDC registration
• Dental Nursing qualification
• Previous experience working as an Implant Dental Nurse
• Experience assisting with implant placement and surgical procedures
• Experience with full‑arch implant cases is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cross‑infection control
• Excellent chairside skills
• A calm, professional and reassuring manner with patients
• The ability to work effectively as part of a specialist dental team
• Experience with All‑on‑4, All‑on‑X or similar full‑mouth/full‑arch implant treatments would be particularly advantageous.

Hours & Pay

Hours: Part‑time initially, with the potential to increase hours as required

Pay: £ £28,(Apply online only)–£35,(Apply online only) per annum, depending on experience
