Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday PTA Support Consultant to provide ongoing configuration, troubleshooting and advisory support for our global PTA customers. You will help clients adopt, optimise, and maintain the Pay Transparency Analyzer system to meet their business needs.

You will own customer requests, manage updates within SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams. The role includes knowledge sharing and supporting PTA enhancements, with a rota covering UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or supporting HRIT systems.
• Customer-facing experience with ability to present solutions.
• Excel skills including lookups, pivots and data quality techniques.
• Experience in data transformation and data loading activities (e.g., mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation).
• Clear and empathetic communication in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support to customers post-deployment.
• Deliver services within SLAs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritise incoming requests, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
• Support recurring releases and deployments, helping customers adopt new features and updates.
• Participate in customer workshops and calls to gather and refine requirements.
• Work collaboratively across internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
• Create documentation and knowledge articles to support internal learning and customer self-service.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
