Curledge Street Academy in Wood Green is seeking a caring SEND Learning Support Assistant to help pupils develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. Working with The Reef inclusion base, you will support pupils from Early Years to Key Stage Two with complex communication needs, delivering tailored activities and ensuring participation in all aspects of school life.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group support for pupils.
• Deliver tailored learning activities adapted to complex needs.
• Support learning, wellbeing and personal care where required.
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCO to plan next steps.
