Job summary

Lisburne School is seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils with additional learning needs. The role requires a child-centred approach, initiative and flexibility to work across pathways within Four Rivers Multi Academy Trust.

The successful candidate will be subject to safeguarding checks including a DBS, references, and pre-employment clearances. Permanent contract with pro rata salary (£17,411–£17,688) and standard school hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in education settings and ability to support pupils with additional learning needs.
• Desirable knowledge of different educational needs and inclusive practices.
• Knowledge of de-escalation strategies is desirable.

• Support pupils with learning and behaviour needs to enable progress.
• Work across pathways and support delivery of the school's specialist curriculum.
