High March School Limited is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to support KS1 and KS2 pupils in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This permanent role covers 16 hours per week across 40.6 weeks per year during term time.

You will work under the guidance of class teachers and school leaders, contributing to engaging lessons and pupil welfare. The role involves supporting pupils with learning needs, preparing resources, and helping with displays and observations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in KS1/KS2.
• Ability to assist with learning needs and provide pastoral care.
• Strong team player with willingness to participate in school events.

Responsibilities

• Support the academic and pastoral development of pupils across the school.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Prepare resources and display pupils' work.
• Cover staff absences as required.
• Participate in meetings, training and school events.
