Responsibilities

• Support students’ learning and development under staff direction, ensuring safety and learning access.
• Collaborate with teachers to use strategies that help students reach their goals.
• Provide accurate and constructive feedback to students under teacher guidance.
• Promote inclusion, positive behaviour and Christian school values.
• Supervise groups and individual pupils during lessons and breaks as needed.
• Monitor student progress and report back to teachers and SENDCO.
