Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Structured Project Finance Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its London team. You will advise on major energy and infrastructure finance transactions across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with a market‑leading Projects Group and international network.

You will work with banks, sponsors, developers, funds and financial institutions on refinancing, acquisitions and complex financings, building deep sector knowledge and client relationships in a fast‑moving,

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years’ PQE in project finance.
• Experience advising on energy and infrastructure transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on project finance, refinancing and acquisition finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate finance documents.
• Collaborate with lenders, sponsors and advisers.
• Contribute to cross-border mandates and client relationship management.
