Job summary

Yarm School in North Yorkshire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a 0.5 post-time term-time only fixed-term contract of one year, starting as soon as possible. You will support pupils with SEND in Key Stages 3-4, with potential involvement in EAL learners, and lead targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Suitably qualified Learning Support Assistant with relevant experience working with children with SEND.
• Experience supporting learners with EAL would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping pupils with SEND.
