• Experience working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar support role.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and pupils.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN.
• Assisting with personalised learning activities and adapting resources.
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour where needed.
• Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO.
