Qualifications

• Awareness of meeting the needs of primary and secondary aged children with SEMH.
• Awareness of SEND needs impacting self-regulation.

• Clear understanding of managing behaviour that challenges.
• Team player and advocate for school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers to help students access a broad, balanced curriculum.
• Work with individual students or small groups.
• Assist students with SEMH needs and ensure safe, supportive learning environments.
• Contribute to developing independence and learning skills.
• Adhere to safeguarding and safeguarding-related policies.
