• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support to pupils.
• Support young people with SEMH needs and daily routines.
• Develop positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may find it hard to connect with adults.
• Encourage emotional regulation, positive behaviour and coping strategies.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience.
• Work with teachers and staff to provide consistent, individualized support.
