Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to work within specialist SEMH provisions in Wallsend. You will provide targeted 1:1 behaviour support to pupils, helping them regulate emotions and engage more effectively in lessons.

The role focuses on building positive relationships, implementing behaviour plans, and contributing to a safe, supportive school environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in a specialist setting with DBS checks and safeguarding training
