Zusammenfassung

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver SLT services to school-aged pupils in mainstream and specialist provision as part of SLIP, with a focus on family and school collaboration.

This part-time role (30 hours/week) is based at St Martins Hospital, BA2 5RP, offering a supportive environment with ongoing professional development and access to NHS pension benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent.
• Health Professions Council – Licence to Practice.
• Knowledge of assessment tools for school-aged children.
• Ability to choose appropriate therapeutic interventions and compare benefits.
• Understanding roles of other professionals involved in client care.

Aufgaben

• Assess and diagnose children's communication difficulties using standardised tools and informal observations.
• Develop and implement speech and language therapy treatment plans.
• Produce reports and care plans for parents, school staff and professionals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in schools and clinics.
