Job summary

HCC Service Co. UK Branch is hiring a Risk and Resilience Analyst to support risk management and operations. The role involves assisting the Resilience Manager in improving risk and resilience posture through analysis and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of relevant risk frameworks. This is a permanent, hybrid position requiring 35 hours of work per week, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, SS1/21, SS2/21, and DORA regulation (desirable).
• Risk / Business Continuity qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the Resilience Manager and Risk and Controls Manager with improving risk and resilience posture.
• Assist in the monthly Risk Feed to the Operations Leadership Team.
• Track progress of risk mitigation actions and internal audit actions.
• Visualise risk and controls data for reports and committees.
• Support the development of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks.
