Job summary

New Vision Bradford is recruiting a full-time Recovery Coordinator to join the Treatment Team. The role involves acting as the main care coordinator, supporting service users from entry through recovery, with assessments, planning and care reviews.

We require 2 years’ recent experience in alcohol/drug work, strong communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Competitive benefits accompany a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ full-time experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems within the last 4 years.
• Experience of case management and delivering care coordination in drug and/or alcohol or related field.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as main care coordinator for an assigned group of service users.
• Provide screening, asset mapping, comprehensive assessments, recovery planning and reviews of care.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality drug and alcohol treatment provision.
