Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience in project management, business analysis or change delivery.
• A recognised project management qualification would be beneficial.
• Experience leading delivery and stakeholder engagement is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are achieved.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to establish priorities, manage expectations and maintain momentum.
• Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies, taking a proactive approach to resolution.
• Support requirement gathering, business analysis and solution design activities where required.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and project governance forums to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Contribute to successful technology and organisational change initiatives through practical, solutions-focused delivery.
