Greenwood Academies Trust is seeking a Principal for Mablethorpe Primary Academy, a Good Ofsted coastal school serving Nursery to Year 6. You will lead teaching, secure strong outcomes, and develop staff, particularly middle leaders, within a supportive trust framework.

You will build strong relationships with the local community, drive strategic school improvement, and shape the educational vision with professional autonomy while being supported by an expert team and extensive development

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teaching and learning across the primary phase.
• Proven track record of developing middle leaders and school teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with pupils, families, and the community.
