Job summary

Mablethorpe Primary Academy, part of Greenwood Academies Trust, is seeking a dynamic leader to drive high standards of teaching and learning across the primary phase. You will inspire staff, remove barriers to pupil achievement and work closely with the Trust and local community to sustain continuous improvement.

The role offers opportunities for strategic collaboration, professional development, and engagement with multiple academies within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Has up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching and learning across the primary phase.
• Inspires and supports staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences for every pupil.
• Understands the factors that influence pupil outcomes and is committed to removing barriers to success, especially given the coastal context.
• Has the organisational skills, determination and resilience to drive meaningful school improvement.
• Has a proven track record of leading and developing others, particularly middle leaders.
• Builds positive relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills within the academy, neighbouring schools, the Trust and the local community.
• Has successfully led teams through change, securing improvement while bringing people with them on the journey.
