Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking a Parts & Logistics Coordinator to join on a 12 Month FTC to ensure effective distribution. You will manage goods-in, packing, shipping documentation and help maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires experience with ERP/MRP systems, attention to detail for international shipments, and a flexible, confidential approach. A bonus scheme and private healthcare are included, along with a pension and on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail in international shipping documentation.
• Flexible, professional with confidentiality.
• Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Process goods-in from suppliers and internal teams, ensuring system integrity.
• Prepare and pack items for external shipments, including invoices for overseas deliveries.
• Ensure shipments are dispatched on time and documentation is complete.
• Maintain organised storage areas and support inventory accuracy.
• Lead packaging initiatives, including bespoke solutions and sustainability efforts.
• Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance metrics.
• Operate equipment safely and contribute to a compliant, efficient working environment.
