Job summary

Maxwell Bond in Manchester is seeking a Mobile focused Fullstack Software Engineer to join a Tech for Good business. You will work on Mobile Application projects, revamping the app and integrating AI-powered capabilities.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial experience with React Native and a good grasp of RESTful APIs, with exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and modern tooling like Vitest, Vite and Expo. Hybrid work is offered in Manchester.

Qualifications

Strong mobile application development experience with React Native.
Understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI concepts.
Experience or understanding of supporting legacy frameworks such as Cordova.
Experience of integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience of React Native tooling such as Vitest, Vite, Expo.
Understand of DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerisation.

Responsibilities

Work on Mobile Application projects, revamping the mobile app and integrating AI-powered capabilities.
Influence technical decisions and shape future architecture.
Collaborate across teams to deliver shipping mobile features in a hybrid working model.
